The Kasijjagirwa Christian Fellowship in Masaka, Uganda launched the Healthy Teen Mums for Healthy Kids project in early January 2012 with the help of a grant from Youth Service Fund.

Healthy Teen Mums for Healthy Kids serves the isolated and incapacitated expectant teens and teen moms in the community through counseling, bible lessons, nutritional food preparation, and teaching parenting skills. The mission of this project is to share the love of God to all and to equip and empower teen mothers to improve their condition of life and raise healthy children.

Kasijjagirwa Christian Fellowship created a drop in center where these young women can come together, form friendships, and receive care. Currently, there are 12 teenagers enrolled at the center.
