How Much Will It Cost to Participate in the Global Young People’s Convocation 2018?

The Global Young People’s Convocation will be held in July 18-22, 2018. If you or young people from your jurisdiction or Central Conference want to participate, it is good to identify the costs and start planning, saving, and raising the funds you will need.

Registration fees are listed below:

A non-refundable deposit of $299, which is part of the overall registration fee, will be due upon registration. The remainder will be due no later than April 30, 2018.

The non-refundable deposit of $299 is transferable to another member of a Jurisdictional or Central Conference delegation until registration closes on April 30, 2018.

The registration fee covers about half of the program costs, meals, lodging and other expenses related to participating in the GYPC. The rest is subsidized by the program budget of Discipleship Ministries as allotted through the World Service Fund of the United Methodist Church.
