Using Your Gifts to Generate Good
Our workshop aims to equip older youth with information that will help them discern their calling in life. The top three takeaways are: 1). You have a purpose. 2). Your gifts and talents should be used to make the world a better place. 3). There are ways to find fulfillment in your life through The United Methodist Church connexion.

How will it help you be BOLD? Our goal is to help youth discover ways they may use their unique gifts to serve God today and in the future. Because many youth have a limited idea of what ministry is, they may try to become someone they are not so they can serve God. Or they may conclude that ministry is not something God has for them. Exposure to a variety of ways of being in ministry‚ both as laity and clergy‚ will help youth find ways to live differently; to run the race for which God has equipped them.
Audience Age Range:
- Adult Leaders/Volunteers/Chaperones
- Older Youth (9-12th grades)
